Sony SRS-XB13 is a small and compact speaker. It has plastic body that is covered by metal grille. In case you want a smaller speaker, you can check the JBL Go 3. It is also slightly lighter than Sony. That said, both these speakers are highly portable and best to take anywhere with you.

They have straps attached but personally we loved the looks of the rectangular shaped JBL Go 3. The hook in the Go 3 is non-adjustable and short in length but you can adjust the strap in Sony. The speakers have an IP67 rating. JBL Go 3 has a solid speaker body wrapped with net like grille. Rubber protection is used on the speaker as well.

Sound Quality:

Sony SRS-XB13 is one of the best Bluetooth speakers under $50. It has a balanced mid-range and deep low ends. You can connect another speaker to get a stereo pair. Soundstage is good and videos or movies are enjoyable.

It focuses on producing omnidirectional sound and with Sound Diffusion Processor, it works with DSP to fill up the space with sound. It uses upward firing drivers and is one of the best Bluetooth speakers for camping. Although the base of the speaker is covered with rubber for stability, it moves with vibrations.

JBL Go 3 focuses on producing decent sound quality. Vocals and instruments have good clarity. It has an average soundstage but plays content in mono. This small speaker produces exciting sound and has decent soundfield. It maintains clarity at all volume levels and is slightly louder than Sony XB13. Listen to audio books, podcasts or enjoy music with the Go 3.

The speaker ensures clear vocals and gives solid performance.  It focuses on delivering a balanced sound signature. As long as you can limit your expectations from these small Bluetooth speakers, you will love them.

Connectivity:

Comparing Sony vs JBL Bluetooth speakers, the XB13 has Bluetooth v4.2 and the JBL Go 3 has the v5.1. They don’t have any ports for wired connectivity and none of them have Wi-Fi.

Additional Features:

Sony XB13 has a battery life of 16 hours from a 4-hour charging time whereas JBL can last up to 5 hours. The Go 3 needs 2.5 hours to charge.

Both these speakers have basic physical controls like play/pause, volume, Bluetooth. Sony has answer receive/end and skip to previous track options, but these aren’t available in the JBL Go 3. In this case, Sony SRS-XB13 is the winner.

8 inch vs 10 inch Subwoofer For Home Theater
Do you know exactly what sort of sound you want to hear from your 8 inch vs 10 inch Subwoofer Home Theater? I think not. But I can tell you that having a clear bass can make your whole listening experience better, no matter what you have been playing. Having a subwoofer is important for that. There are many things that determine how well subwoofers work, but one of the most significant is how big they are. Even though there are a lot of different sizes, the two most common subwoofer sizes that audiophiles choose are the 8 inch and 10 inch subwoofer. What makes them unique? What makes some people choose one over the other? Keep reading to learn more! What is a subwoofer, and why do you need it? Bass is the main thing that a subwoofer is all about. At a frequency of 20 to 200 Hz, it's a loudspeaker that can make low sounds like bass or sub-bass. An air pump that has low-pressure power can be thought of as a big air pump that injects low bass frequencies, no matter what kind of music you're listening to or what kind of sound effects you hear in movies. Subwoofers aren't very important now, because you already have a loudspeaker that can play the bass you need. There are subwoofers that let you feel the bass instead of hearing it through bookshelf speakers. If you have a good subwoofer with your normal loudspeakers, it will make your whole sound system sound better, too. This will not only make your loudspeakers work less hard, but it will also add more width and depth to your sound stage. Adding subwoofers to your sound system will make a big difference in how well your stereo imaging is done, how interesting the dynamics are, how vibrant and pleasant the sound is to the ears. Getting a subwoofer isn't going to make your music sound better, but it will make it sound better. Choosing The Right Sized subwoofer: Subwoofers are usually small boxes that really can fit under a table, but only by a very small amount. It usually has a driver (the part that makes the noise) inside, as well as an amplifier to power it. This will help the driver do its best work. In general, a 10-inch driver should have a good-sized box, while an 8-inch driver can have a small box. In this case, the driver has to work very hard because bass waves are long, so you can't hear them at all. In one way, you can do this is by getting a bigger driver. A 12-inch driver is a common size, but you can also get 15-inch ones. Some subwoofers have more than 1 driver that can deliver accurate and precise bass response.  People can also have a lot of power. As the size of the driver and the cabinet shrink, the power needs to go way up just to make up for it. Even though an 8-inch sub in a tiny box could sound like a 10-inch sub in an even bigger box with much more power, this isn't true. 8-inch subwoofer: If you want to improve your home's stereo system but don't have a lot of space, an 8-inch sub is the answer. Some 15- to 18-inch subwoofers are bigger and more powerful, but these smaller ones work just fine in smaller rooms. These small subwoofers, despite their compact size can deliver punchier bass. This is due to advanced and intelligent engineering methods. In addition, because 8-inch subwoofers are usually small and light, they can produce accurate bass. Reasons to choose a 8-inch subwoofer You can improve the bass of your music by adding more. The most powerful 8-inch subwoofer would then make your music sound better than it would if you used the speakers only. They will make the low ends sound more powerful and impactful.  An 8-inch sub will have more power and impact, no matter what. Clean look: Thin and sleek designs will give your room a clean look. If you like minimalist room decor, the 8" subwoofer is for you. Great for compact spaces: 8" subwoofers have sleek and slim design. These low profile subwoofers are ideal for users who have space limitations. Some subwoofers can be place horizontally or vertically. Others can be easily placed under couch.  Power a 5-channel amplifier. Small subwoofers can work well with a five-channel amplifier, even though they are small. The more powerful subs usually need their own Monoblock amplifier and a separate amplifier for the speakers, so they don't work together. 10-inch subwoofer: 10 inches is the second most popular size for subwoofers in the market, after 15 inches, which are the most popular. These are mostly known for being small and quick. It's easy to put in the 10-inch subwoofers, but they have a more powerful bass response and better sound quality than the 8-inch subwoofers. If you like metal, rock, or country music, these subwoofers could be the right choice for you. Why a 10-inch subwoofer is better: The bass has been made better: Under 80 Hz, the subwoofers can playback sounds. This adds just the right amount of depth. High-frequency performance has gotten better: With the subwoofers, the tweeters and woofers can have the most midrange and high frequencies possible, so they can make the best sound. The ease of instalment: The 10-inch subwoofer is smaller than the other subwoofers. It's easy to set up because it's the same size all over. A more mellow audio experience: The subwoofers will give you rich and dynamic sound that won't change the sound. 8 inch vs 10 inch Subwoofer: What sets the subwoofers apart? The main difference between the 8-inch subwoofer and the 10-inch subwoofer is how much bass they can make. Because the 10 inch subwoofer is bigger, it can move more air than the 8 inch subwoofer can. This means that the 10 inch subwoofer is a lot louder than the one it is competing with. However, the 8 inch woofer is easier to set up because it is lighter than the 10 inch woofer. Another thing that is affected by the size of the subwoofer is how good the sound is going to be. Most of the time, smaller subwoofers are better at controlling fast, tight bass notes than bigger ones. This is why the 8-inch woofer gets points. Let's get into a more in-depth comparison. Voice Coil Diameter: 8 and 10 inch subwoofers usually have different sized voice coils. An amplifier sends power to the voice coil, which is made of metal wire. This wire sends that power to an electromagnetic field that moves the driver forwards and back. Size of the voice coil is often linked to how much power it can handle. As a rule, you should pay more attention to the power handling and low frequency performance expressed in hertz than speaker size. Frequency Extension: Hertz are used to measure low frequency extension, and you want to find the lowest number possible. As an example, when a subwoofer goes down to 18 hertz, it makes more low-visceral bass than when it goes down to 22 hertz, which makes it sound more "rough." This is true no matter how big the cone is. Driver size isn't always as important as enclosure size in this case because of how speakers work inside of them. Larger enclosures are usually better at extending low frequencies, but smaller enclosures save space but cut down on extension. You can look at the sub's documentation to find out what kind of enclosure it was made for. Excursion: The more power the subwoofer could handle, the farther the driver can move. This is called excursion. This, in turn, means how much bass energy the subwoofer can make. As a result, the farther a speaker moves, the more air it moves. This means that the bass is lower and more powerful. In theory, if there are two identically built 8-inch and 10-inch subwoofers, the 10-inch one should move more air. Due to their weaker suspensions and materials, less powerful subwoofers usually have less excursion. Room Size: Subwoofer and room size relationship is quite important to understand. In a home audio or theatre setting, the size of the room is very important. If the sub is too small, you don't hear much bass. Too big a subwoofer could cost you money or make it hard to place. Between an 8-inch subwoofer and a 10-inch subwoofer, these things aren't big enough to make a big difference. However, if you add a second subwoofer of the same size to a room that is more than 3,000 square feet, the natural peaks and valleys in bass response are less noticeable. This is the first thing that makes them different. The woofer can go from 20Hz to 2kHz, but a subwoofer is better and can go from 20Hz to 200Hz. Because subwoofers have a lower frequency range than woofers, they are usually bigger in size. In order to get the deep bass, you need more space for the driver to move so that it can do its job. Finally, subwoofers are more specialized than woofers. There's no doubt that woofers are great. They do the job. But if you're an audiophile who always wants the best sound, subwoofers are there to help you get the best out of your music. Take a look at the Details Guide on the Woofer and the Subwoofer to learn more about these two things. Types of subwoofers? It's possible to divide subwoofers into two groups: passive ones and ones that are powered or have a lot of power. Passive Subwoofer: These subwoofers need to be powered by a separate amplifier or Audio/Video receiver in order to work. This makes them similar to people who speak. There are passive subwoofers that need more power to make low-frequency sounds, so the amplifier or receiver needs to be strong enough to keep up with them. The size of the room and the subwoofer speaker will decide how much power is needed. Active or Powered Subwoofer: The active subwoofers are all on their own. This indicates that both the subwoofer speaker as well as the amplifier are in the same cabinet together. This type of subwoofer doesn't need a power source from outside the house. Because powered subwoofers are so easy to use, they are more popular than other types of subwoofers. As a result, the amplifier that is needed to run a passive subwoofer can cost more than the subwoofer itself. So, active or powered subwoofers are better. What about the EQ? EQ processing is built into certain subwoofers and many receivers. These devices play test tones through your speakers and subwoofer and then create a setting for your room that fits your speakers and subwoofer best. Some of these can do a lot to help cut down on the frequency response's peaks (over-accentuated notes).  Because the room acoustics are making it hard to hear certain frequencies, they can't fill in the gaps that they can't reach. These things aren't magic. In this case, they can't make a cheap, low-powered sub sound like a high-powered one. They can't make up for poor sub placement, either. But they do help. If you have the chance, you should look into them if you have the chance. Having good bass vs. more bass: A good subwoofer, when placed correctly in a room, can make deep sounds that sound real, not just the thump-thump. With any speaker system, the goal is to accurately reproduce all frequencies in the audio spectrum so that they sound the same to everyone. A boom sound isn't made by the best subwoofers. They make more bass than small speakers can, which makes them better. Good bass isn't always more bass, but better sound quality. This will give you a more realistic sound picture of what's in the music or movie. If you want to add more bass than that, you can certainly turn it up. The important thing is that you don't have to. The problem is that specs alone can't tell a good subwoofer from a bad one. If you buy an 8-inch, 100-watt sub, it might sound good, but if you buy a 10-inch, 500-watt sub, it might sound bad. In this case, reviews are very important, and you should try to find them. So there isn't a rule like "10-inch 100-watts for 'X'-size room," but in general, bigger, more powerful subs will work better even in smaller rooms. In a big room, or one that's open to the rest of your house, a 10-inch, 100-watt sub won't be enough. As a rule of thumb, 10-inch, 100-watt subs are the minimum. Keep an eye out for subs with less than 100 watts. If the driver is smaller, you'll need a lot more power to get the same sound. It's true that there are some exceptions, but this should give you a good place to start. Final thoughts: If you're an audiophile who likes a lot of bass, you always look for the best subwoofers on the market, like this one. With so many different features, it's hard to figure out which subwoofer can hit you with the right thump. If you like a lot of bass in your music, you should get a subwoofer that is the right size for you. If you like to listen to rock, country, and metal music, the 8 inch subwoofers are a good choice. On the other hand, if you like to dance to party music, the 10 inch subwoofers can give you just the right amount of bass to get your feet moving. There are a lot of other things to think about, too, not just the size of the subwoofer, when it comes to how well it works. You should look at the subwoofers, listen to them, and then choose one that you think is right for you. FAQs Well, this faq is here to solve some of your problems that may arise while walking in the pavement of best subwoofer. Is an 8 inch subwoofer enough? An 8-inch "The subwoofer is going to give you tight, clean bass that you can listen to all the time. It's possible to find 8-inch subwoofers that sound great, and some people might even say they sound better than a lower-end 10 or 12 inch subwoofer. It's because they are so big that they will have the deepest bass. Are dual 8 inch subwoofers good? They go together very well. You should buy these dual 8-inch speakers if you want to hear good, deep bass sounds "subs with the box. As other people have said, these 8" subs sound more like good 10" subs.

A lot of people use them for movies and video games, and they're usually part of midrange and high-end set-ups, too. Then How to Add Subwoofer to Soundbar. Let's start with this. Reasons why you would want to add a subwoofer to a sound bar It's possible to buy a soundbar package with external speakers or one that only has built-in speakers. Some of them even have subwoofers, which make them even better. Although some soundbars can give you great sound without any extra speakers, other soundbars give you basic sound. If you want to enjoy the whole audio system experience, you need a subwoofer. Your needs will be different, but most people would agree that a subwoofer is important. A subwoofer might make you think about whether or not you need one if you think about the pros and cons of adding one. This is a subject that we have a whole article about, but this is an overview: 8 inch vs 10 inch Subwoofer for Home Theater Purpose of a Subwoofer: It is very important to know what a subwoofer is used for before you decide whether or not to put one in your home. Subwoofers are loudspeakers that play low-pitched sounds. Other people can't do this. A subwoofer is very important for playing low-pitched sounds. In any sound system, subwoofers can make a huge difference in how it sounds. Flat-screen TV sound used to be better with soundbars. They used to be easy to add to your TV sound. But now they make great sound and are a good choice for surround sound systems. Subwoofers are very important for people who like movies and music. Subwoofers are no longer big, heavy towers. They are wireless and can be moved around, with very little power loss. Soundbars Need Subwoofers Soundbars usually have a lot of sound in the front. Because they are in front of your home theatre, this is why. Otherwise, your sound comes from this. Another thing is that soundbars don't have a lot of power in the bass. There are many ways to get a soundbar that sounds more powerful and rich with a subwoofer: Putting the subwoofer and Soundbar where you want them will make your living room, media room, or home theatre sound better. Even though the placement of the subwoofers varies from room to room, they work best when they are in the front and corner. In order to get the best sound, you should try different places in your room and home theatre. Soundbar Subwoofer Connection Countless soundbars can connect to subwoofers that are made by the same company. Many manufacturers let you add extra speakers and/or a subwoofer to your soundbar, as long as you use the right products. An automated way to connect There should be power cords on the back of both the soundbar and the subwoofer. They must be connected to the rear of each one of them. Eventually, plug them in to a wall outlet so they can charge. The sound bar should indeed be started to turn on, and the subwoofer will start to connect by itself when it does. When the subwoofer is fully connected, the blue LED on the subwoofer would then stop blinking. It lights up all the time until it decides to stop blinking. It doesn't work if the blue LED does not really stop blinking at the end of the process. Red is on. The manual connection If you need to pair this same subwoofer by hand, you can do so. This can be completed after the soundbar has indeed been serviced or the factory has been reset. There should be power cords on the back of both the soundbar and the subwoofer. They should be attached to the back of each one of them. At last, plug them in to a wall outlet so they can charge. With a pointed object, press the ID SET button on the back of ones subwoofer to set the ID number for it. Hold down until STANDBY will be off and LINK blinks fast. Turn off the soundbar, then press and hold Mute to turn it off. There are some soundbar models that don't have a button called ID SET which can be used instead. In order to set up an ID, you need to use the remote. if the ID SET button doesn't work, hold down the Up button. To learn how to use either of these buttons, look at your soundbar's manual. ID SET will show up on the soundbar's screen as long as you keep holding down. Turn on the soundbar. The blue LED on the subwoofer would then blink to show that it has been connected to the soundbar, as well as the soundbar will work. Until now, the main unit as well as the subwoofer have been linked together. The Blue LED should be solid green. This is how it should look now. There is no point in the process if the Blue LED doesn't blink. Then go back to Step 2. Turn off the soundbar and start over again. Soundbars that come with subwoofers. Another way to connect a soundbar to a subwoofer would be to buy them both at the same time. Many soundbars now come with a subwoofer and other speakers to make them sound more like a surround sound system. There are a lot of people who say that soundbars don't sound good because they don't have enough bass. For example, now there are a lot of soundbars in the industry that come with a subwoofer and other speakers. This is because multiple-speaker packs have become more popular. Even if they're not, almost all of them are. If you want to buy a soundbar with a subwoofer, after which check out our list of best soundbars! Many of them come with wireless subwoofers. Make sure you know how to use your soundbar before buying a soundbar package. If you already have a soundbar but wouldn't want to add a subwoofer, this is a good idea. At every price point, there are a lot of options. This means you can find a good one that meets your needs and makes good sound. The Jerry-Rigged Method for Adding a Subwoofer to a Soundbar You can add a subwoofer to a soundbar in a different way than most people do. If you have the right tools, you can do it. In order to do this, you'll need a receiver as well as a stereo mini mixer. You'll also need your soundbar and subwoofer for this method. You connect your soundbar to a receiver first, then you listen to music. Then, you can go from the pre-outs on the front left, front right, and centre channels to a stereo mix. From the stereo mini mixer, you then can connect to the soundbar, and then connect each and every subwoofer you want from the receiver with the subwoofer you want to use. This isn't the best way to do it, because you'll be giving up some sound quality with all these wires. If you don't already own all of these things, it might be better to purchase a new soundbar package with such a subwoofer instead. Is it possible to connect two subwoofers to a sound bar? As long as the two subwoofers are from the same brand, you can connect them both to a single soundbar. It also depends on what kind of soundbar you have. There are some brands that can connect to more than one subwoofer. So, it is important to make sure it is compatible and can be used with two subwoofers. The only way to connect two wireless subwoofers together is to connect one of them wirelessly and another with a cable. You can't use Bluetooth to connect two subwoofers to a soundbar at the same time. Instead, one of them must be connected to the soundbar with a cable. Always good if both of them are from the same company. In this case, both soundbars have to have RCA outputs in order to connect them to one another. To help you figure out the best way to deal with the second subproblem, here are some ideas. Subs like these should look like this: Make sure that you do have the right connections just on back of your car or truck. Buying a 3.5mm Y-Splitter lets you connect two subs to the same port. In this case, if you do have wireless subs, you can connect one of them via Bluetooth and the other one with a wire. Keep in mind that, at least, your subs should match. It's possible to use a different brand of soundbar, but your subs should be the same brand and make if you can. The task of connecting one wire and just one wirelessly is easy to do and connect it to one sound bar. Doing this would make the sound better and the bass more powerful. You can connect both an old and a new wireless subwoofer to the same sound bar. Steps To Connect Two Subwoofers To One Soundbars Using Bluetooth And A Cable Take the steps to finish the job: A soundbar can be paired with two subwoofers, one of which can be connected wirelessly and the other one can be connected by wire. When the subwoofers are connected to the soundbar with a separate cable, the sound is better. Turn Bluetooth on in all the subwoofers and also in your soundbar so that you can listen to music. Bluetooth is the only way to connect the subwoofer to the soundbar. Finally, bring a cable that fits the ports on both your second subwoofer as well as your soundbar, so that you can connect them to each other. Now, use the cable to connect them. In fact, if you can do this, you should be able to connect both of your wireless subwoofers to something like a single sound bar. How to Connect a Car Subwoofer to a Soundbar Correct Connection of a Subwoofer If you have an amplifier or receiver, it's likely to have a special RCA output that you can connect subwoofers to. Some of them have two different ways of being used. However, most of the time, only one output is used. This is because the second one is usually used to connect a second subwoofer to it. To connect the subwoofer, you need an RCA cable to connect it to one of the RCA inputs on the receiver.  They have a speaker that is double-coiled. The speaker itself has two windings on it, and the coil itself has two. In each of the windings, there is a completely seperate amplifier that can be used. As long as your receiver has one RCA jack for subwoofer connection, you connect the Y-cable (1 RCA to 2 RCA) to the two-line inputs of the subwoofer with its twin ends (RCA to RCA) (its inputs are paralleled). Connecting Two Subwoofers It's important to connect two subwoofers together if you have two front speakers. You can connect them to the amplifier's line output by using a Y-adapter RCA, or you can connect them to the amplifier's output ports in the same way. Connecting A Subwoofer to A Stereo There is a lot of electromagnetic interference coming from a modern car because it has a lot of electronics and a high-voltage ignition system. Analog electrical signals are indeed very sensitive to changes in them, so they are very important to them. So, when you choose a cable for audio signal transmission, look for coaxial shielded wires. The shielding braid on the cable that connects to the body of the car is very good at protecting the centre wire from interference. There are many different types of wires out there, and not all of them are the same price. In case you can't bite off the tip and look at the cut, you can look at the weight. As long and wide as a piece of copper wire, the aluminium wire weighs a lot less than that piece of copper. The finished wire kits always come with a control cable. Its job is to do this. The amplifier for the speakers in your car is usually near the subwoofer or built into it if the subwoofer is active. This is how it works: Separate wires are used to power the amplifier. Usually, there is a wire in the wiring harness that says "remote." This wire sends a signal to control plus when you turn on the stereo, and it sends that signal to your amplifier when you turn it on, too. Choose the best subwoofer for your soundbar by following these six tips: Soundbar Connections: The first thing you'll want to do before you buy an external sub for your sound bar is make sure it works with the one you already own. Look on the back of your sound bar. There should be a subwoofer output port. In fact, any powered subwoofer on the market will work with it if it has a built-in power source. Size of The Cabinet: Perhaps the main reason soundbars are so popular is that they don't take up much space in a room. If your lifestyle is important, you'll probably want a small subwoofer that can be hidden or discreetly integrated into a home's decor. For this reason, sealed cabinet subwoofers are often the best choice because they have smaller cabinet dimensions and footprints than ported subwoofers, which have bigger cabinets and footprints. Listening preferences and the level of playback: Soundbars can't produce as much sound as a 5.1 home theatre surround sound system or even a pair of full-range stereo speakers, so you don't need a huge subwoofer to make the bass sound better. Then again, if you love to dance to dubstep and watch action movies at the right volume level, a bigger, more powerful subwoofer might be right for you. A room's size: Having a small subwoofer may not be able to make your living room or finished basement feel alive with chest-thumping bass. If you have a lot of space, you might want to think about getting a bigger subwoofer or even two smaller subwoofers to get even bass response all over your listening area. Accessories for subwoofers: One way to make a room look less cluttered and make it easier to put things where you want them is to install a wireless subwoofer kit. You don't need to connect your subwoofer to your soundbar if it's on the other side of the room from the soundbar. RCA Y-adapters can be used to run two subwoofers from a single subwoofer output on a sound bar. Conclusion Listening to music over your soundbar has become a joyful experience. But if you want to hear more of the depth of your music with better sound quality, you might want to connect a wired or wireless subwoofer to your sound bar. By having a good soundbar with your TV, users can watch movies and listen to music at the same time. FAQs Why won’t my subwoofer connect to my soundbar? You might not be able to connect your subwoofer to your soundbar if the wall outlet is broken. Make sure it still has power. You might also have bad devices or not be plugging in the power cord the right way, so you might not be getting enough power. How do I connect my subwoofer to my soundbar without the remote? My soundbar doesn't have a remote. How do I connect my subwoofer to it? You can connect your Samsung soundbar to a subwoofer with the Samsung soundbar app on your smartphone. Make sure you connect your phone to a soundbar. Afterwards, press the ID button on the subwoofer and it will automatically connect to your phone. Can I connect a subwoofer to my TV? Plug the HDMI cable into the TV's HDMI port. Then, find the audio input port on your subwoofer and plug it in. As soon as you figure out how to do that, connect one end of the HDMI cable to the subwoofer.

Read: Over-Ear vs In-Ear vs On-Ear Headphones: Explain with Example Turn ON all the speakers Next, check to see if your speakers are on. To do this, press and hold the speaker's power button. Since each of your JBL speakers is treated like a separate device, you have to turn them on one at a time. How would you figure out if the speaker is already on? If the LED light behind the power button turns blue, it is already turned on. Or, in some models, white. Also, when you turn it on, you should hear a short tune. That means the person is ready to be used. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device As the third step, turn on Bluetooth on your phone. You can use your laptop, smartphone, or tablet as your source. Or even your PC if it has a Bluetooth feature. Here's how to make most devices work with Bluetooth: Open your device. Click on settings. Click on "Bluetooth." Then, turn on Bluetooth by turning the switch ON. Is this the first time you've paired your phone or tablet with your JBL speakers? Then check the box next to "Make my device findable" or something similar. This makes it easy for your JBL speakers to find your device and connect to it. Or if a voice assistant like Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri works with your phone. You can also use voice commands to turn on Bluetooth. Just say something like "Hey, Google! "Start up Bluetooth." Here's what you need to do: Find the icon for Bluetooth on the speaker. Press it and keep it pressed for about 3 seconds. Or until you hear a tune. Go to the settings for Bluetooth on your device. Find your JBL speaker on the list of "Available Devices." To connect, tap it once. Steps 1–5 should be done again for each speaker. If the Bluetooth button on your JBL speaker is blinking, it is ready to connect to your phone. You might not be able to connect all of my JBL speakers to my phone, though. If that's the case, one of the following is true: The speaker is linked to something else. Phone has connected to as many Bluetooth devices as it can. Most Android and iOS phones can connect to up to seven Bluetooth devices at once. Use an app like AmpMe to connect and over 7 JBL speakers to your device. This app makes it easy to link your JBL speakers to your phone. Play any music on the mobile device Play some music once all your JBL speakers have been connected to your device. Open any music app on your phone or tablet, like Spotify or Apple Music, and play any song you want. When you play a song, sound should come out of one of the attached speakers. If not, try turning up the volume on both your phone and your JBL speakers. Is this still the case? Then, unplug and plug your speakers back into your device. By doing this, you can fix any possible connection problems. Press the “Connect” button on the playing speaker Then, pick up the JBL speaker that is playing sound. Then, press the button that says "connect" on it. Find the icon that looks like a sand timer and press it once. When you do this, your main speaker will be ready to pair with other JBL speakers. When you press it, a short tune should play. Press the “Connect” button on the other speakers And now, how to connect your JBL speakers. One by one, press the connect button on each speaker. If you don't want to have trouble connecting, make sure to finish pairing one speaker first. Before putting the rest of them together. How would you tell if my speaker is already hooked up? When it starts playing sound, it's successfully connected to the main speaker. Up to 30 seconds can pass before a speaker can start to play sound. Remember that the sound from your speakers should be in sync. If not, you'll have to start the process of connecting again. You can check how your speakers are connected by downloading the JBL Portable app for Android or iOS. You can also change the settings for your speaker here. And choose "Party" or "Stereo" as the audio mode for your speakers. Final Thoughts When at least 2 different JBL speakers are connected together, the sound could be louder and have more bass. Connecting several JBL speakers as well as having a lot of fun is the best way to have a big party outside. Instead of installing a home audio system, acquire two or more JBL speakers if you like music and spent a lot of time outside the house. It sounds about the same as a home theater with just two JBL speakers. I hope you figured out how to connect multiple JBL speakers. This post should make it easy for you to find a good match. Only that one speaker will be turned off. The others will continue to play sound. Why won’t my JBL speakers connect to each other? If your JBL speaker won't connect or keeps losing the connection, it's likely because your device is too far away or because another device is getting in the way. Make sure the speaker has enough power, that both devices have Bluetooth turned on, and that they are close enough to each other to pair. If nothing else works, try resetting the speaker. What is the difference between JBL Connect+ and PartyBoost? Even though "Connect+" is a big improvement over the original "Connect" and gives users more options for pairing their speakers, PartyBoost has nothing more to offer than a wider range of connections. New Speakers with PartyBoost have a wireless range of more than 60 feet, while those with Connect+ have a range of more than 30 feet. Both protocols allow up to 100 speakers to be connected at the same time.

Here's what you need to do: Make sure the device is switched on. Pull the device's plug out of the power outlet. Wait around ten minutes. Plug the device back in. Then, check to see if the problem has been fixed. If this didn't work, try leaving it unplugged for another 30 minutes. All of your data will be deleted and the device will be restored to factory settings if you do a hard reset instead. So, this is your only choice left. To correct faults and malfunctions, a complete wipe is necessary since it removes everything. So your sound bar works better because of this. And easily connect with the other smart devices. Depending on the type of device you have, the buttons you just had to press may be different. Also, make sure to read the manual for your product. Here's how to reset a Vizio sound bar to factory settings: Press the device's BLUETOOTH button and the VOLUME DOWN button. For about 5 seconds, press and hold the buttons. Or until three of the 12 LED lights flash. After you hard reset your sound bar, you'll have to set it up again with your smart TV. Connecting to another TV You may use a different TV to connect the Vizio soundbar if the first one isn't working properly. Your TV may be faulty if the soundbar works on other TVs. For HDMI ARC to work, either the port is broken or some settings need to be changed. In this situation, you can look in the TV's manual for help. Also you can check the soundbar and TV for the latest versions and updates. Other TV brands use older firmware that doesn't work with ARC compatible connections. To allow ARC only CEC connection, it is best to update your TV's software to the most recent version. To accomplish this, connect the Vizio TV to the web and then navigate to the settings page. Click on firmware update. People who had the same problem with their Vizio sound bar HDMI ARC not working fixed it by updating the firmware. Ans: Talking about a subwoofer’s design, generally, it is a wooden or plastic loudspeaker enclosure that is associated with one or more woofers. The design itself makes life easier for a subwoofer and aids in performing the best for its users. The design includes bass reflex, horn-loaded, bandpass, and infinite baffle subwoofers. How does a subwoofer operate? Ans: A woofer generally transforms electrical signals to sound. The method elucidates that an electric signal and its variations enable the instrument’s motion and initiate sound waves into water or air.  Woofers usually operate in a range between 20 to 2 kHz, making them play low to mid-range frequencies. Because they have a wider range of sounds, woofers are perfect for use in home theaters. Can a woofer be used as a subwoofer? Ans: To give a simple answer I would say “YES” but keep in mind that in this case, you would call it a woofer and when an amplifier is connected with the same installed driver it turns into a subwoofer because it consists of an LFE. Drivers that are classified as subwoofers are often designed for lower frequencies than the range of typical woofers. What makes a speaker a subwoofer? Ans. Subwoofers are made up of one or more woofers mounted in a loudspeaker enclosure—often made of wood—capable of withstanding air pressure while resisting deformation. … Passive subwoofers have a subwoofer driver and enclosure and they are powered by an external amplifier. Active subwoofers include a built-in amplifier. Which is better: Woofer or subwoofer? Ans. Subwoofers mainly reproduce the low-frequency sound and result in providing a more realistic and engrossing sound. Woofers can be accurate for a portable system, for instance, car sound systems.  What is the difference between Kicker Comp C and Comp R? Ans. The Comp R has two brass voice coils in every single model. The CompVR also features a dual voice coil design, but the Comp C gives you the choice between single and dual voice coil options. The Comp C's variety gives you a lot of options when it comes to finding the right subwoofer to match your sound system. What ohm is best for subwoofers? Ans: 4-ohm subwoofers will have a higher impedance, consume less energy, and therefore possess longevity than subwoofers with lower impedance.
