We use an Address Verification System (AVS) to prevent fraud and protect you as a customer. AVS verifies the identity of the credit card owner by instantly checking the billing address of the credit card provided by the user and comparing it with the address on file at the credit card company. If you've recently moved or updated this information, you may need to call your credit card company to ensure that your current address is listed and approved as a billing address. Please keep in mind there may be a delay in processing your order if the shipping address does not match the address on file with your credit card company. This is a precaution to help prevent fraud.
Audiogurus reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, at any time.
Coupon codes can be redeemed on orders placed online or via telephone and must be given at the time of order. We cannot retroactively apply coupon codes after an order has been placed. Coupon codes are instantly verified by Audiogurus at the time of use, and final order totals will reflect the coupon code amounts if validated. Please keep in mind that Audiogurus reserves the right to charge shipping on items purchased with coupon codes based on the sale price of the item. Sales tax is always based on the final sale price charged to the consumer after all coupons have been applied.
Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the original coupon or discount applied. Coupons are not valid for previous orders and may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other coupons or special offers.
Only one coupon is allowed, per customer, per order. Audiogurus coupons have no cash value.Audiogurus reserves the right to change, substitute, discontinue, or revoke any/all coupons at any time due to heavy demand, lack of product availability, possible fraud, promotional considerations, or extenuating circumstances.
Email Newsletters & Notices
We recommend that our customers opt to create an account on Audiogurus when placing an order. This enables customers to earn Audiogurus reward points, track order progress, maintain a wish list and keep an online record of products purchased. Creating an account does NOT mean that your credit card information will be stored online. Customers who place orders, create accounts on our web site, or order Audiogurus products may receive email notices with important industry news about new products, special offers, or changes in our products and policies from time to time.
Audiogurus offers a weekly email newsletter with updates about new industry products and discounts. Subscriptions to our newsletter operate on a strict opt-in basis only. Audiogurus does not participate with companies offering unsolicited email offers (a.k.a. SPAM). We will not rent or sell your email address to anyone.
If customers do not want to receive such notices, they can click the “unsubscribe from the list” link included at the bottom of the email received. They can also contact customer service. While most unsubscribe requests will take place within the same business day, please allow up to one week for processing.
Audiogurus makes every effort to honoring our customer's requests. If for some reason a customer receives emails after opting-out from a newsletter, please contact our customer service department immediately to address the unresolved situation. Audiogurus will never rent or sell your email address to anyone.^
Shipping & Delivery
Audiogurus will ship products anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories. Free shipping is only offered within the Continental USA. If you need a specialized shipping quote outside the Continental USA, please contact us with the products you would like to purchase and your delivery address. We will respond ASAP with shipping rates.
All order over $50 (after any applicable discounts but before sales tax, if any) receive FREE ground shipping within the Continental USA.
Items that are in stock at our Michigan warehouse usually ship within one business day. Some items ship the same day - if we receive your order before noon Eastern time. We are not able to guarantee ship dates with ground shipping.
We also offer expedited shipping, for which additional charges apply. With Expedited shipping, as long as your order is received before noon Eastern time and the product is in stock, your order will ship the same day. Some items ship directly from our manufacturer partners. If you have a specific need-by date, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 877-246-5427 so that we can make sure your order is received in time.
We accept international orders on a case-by-case basis. If you live outside the United States, please contact us with the products you would like to purchase and your delivery address. We will respond ASAP with shipping rates. Customers are responsible for any import duties or government fees.^
Returns & Replacements
Buy from Audiogurus with complete peace of mind knowing that, if you aren't satisfied for any reason whatsoever, we accept products back for 30 days with absolutely "no questions asked!". This policy excludes all televisions, which are not returnable unless defective on arrival (DOA).
Audiogurus is an authorized dealer for all the products that we sell. If you’re not satisfied with a product, we will gladly refund the purchase price of the product or exchange the item. Please notify customer service within 30 days of the receipt of the product to arrange for a return.
We apologize that we cannot accept returns of the following:
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product missing a serial number or UPC.
- Any product for which there is a mail-in rebate or service credit.

Return Policy & Process
If you are interested in returning an item, please contact us so that we may issue a Return Authorization Number. All returns require a Return Authorization Number in order for our receiving department to accept them.
We can only accept returns in like-new condition in the original box that includes all original packaging material, contents, accessories and / or manuals. In the event a return is not due to our error, shipping expenses will not be refunded and a restocking fee may apply.
For refunds involving credit cards, please allow 10 days for the credit to appear on your account from the time your return is received by our warehouse.
After 30 days, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but will ONLY be accepted for store credit.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us. We will send you a prepaid return label and a replacement product free of charge.^

Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

- To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
How we protect your information
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
